These positions may be responsible for:
- Performing boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys
- Managing survey projects from proposal through final deliverables
- Leading and coordinating field crews and office staff
- Preparing and reviewing plats, maps, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits
- Processing field data and developing survey deliverables using CAD software
- Conducting deed research and boundary analysis
- Providing QA/QC oversight for survey projects
- Collaborating with engineers, developers, municipalities, and clients
- Supporting business development and client relationship efforts
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team growth
Qualified candidates should possess some of the following:
- Experience in land surveying, geomatics, or a related field
- Knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveying
- Experience with GPS, robotic total stations, and survey data collection software
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey drafting platforms
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RLS) licensure preferred for senior-level positions
- Previous leadership or project management experience for management-level opportunities
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments
