This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a project leadership role, managing a diverse range of site development and infrastructure-related work while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The Role
You will take ownership of geotechnical projects from early-stage investigation through design and construction support. The role combines hands-on technical involvement with project and client management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical assessments, investigations, and engineering analysis
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Provide technical input and develop clear recommendations for design and construction
- Coordinate field activities and review data collected from site investigations
- Prepare and review technical documentation and project deliverables
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple disciplines
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 7 years of geotechnical experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or working towards licensure
- Solid experience delivering geotechnical projects within a consulting or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of ground conditions, site investigation methods, and foundation-related design
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and leadership skills
