CMT Project Manager

They are seeking an experienced CMT Project Manager to lead and manage construction materials testing projects across the Atlanta region. - Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction materials testing projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee field and laboratory testing operations, including soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate testing.
- Prepare and review technical reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior staff, promoting professional development and quality standards.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- 5 years of experience in construction materials testing or geotechnical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, and DOT standards for materials testing.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- MSI certification (Materials Testing Inspector) is highly desirable.
- Experience managing multiple CMT projects in transportation, infrastructure, or commercial construction.
