NOVA Engineering is currently seeking a highly skilled CMT Laboratory Manager to join our team in Norcross, GA The Lab Manager will manage the lab's production and personnel and provide quality assurance/quality control lab testing duties for commercial, retail, educational, low—to high-rise, manufacturing, and government construction projects.

Essential Functions:
- Performing specific QA/QC tests on construction materials and building components such as soil, concrete, and asphalt, per ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, etc. standards.
- Maintain detailed records of observations, inspections, and test results.
- Organizing lab data, processing, and report preparation.
- Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment and workspaces.
- Manage lab personnel and maintain required certifications among the laboratory team.
- Maintaining lab accreditation.
- One or more certifications required:
- ACI Concrete Strength Testing
- ACI Aggregate Testing Technician
- GDOT Aggregates Technician
- 3 Experience in a Construction Materials Testing Laboratory testing and sampling
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong project management abilities, including managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
