As the firm continues to grow its Houston footprint, the Business Development Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing regional growth strategies. This individual will collaborate closely with office leadership and the marketing/business development team to identify opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and enhance brand visibility in the region.
- Partner with office leadership to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with regional goals.
- Represent the firm at industry, client, and community events to generate leads and increase visibility.
- Maintain and report on a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and strategic priorities.
- Organize and manage regional business development efforts to support marketing objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources throughout the business development process.
- 5-12 years of experience in business development, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
