Our client is seeking a Building Envelope Project Manager who can lead with vision while managing the details. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering projects on time and on budget while fostering collaboration and team growth.

• Managing expectations and ensuring transparency with clients and stakeholders.

• Championing the consultancy's work within the industry and enabling teams to flourish.

• Balancing strategic oversight with the agility to make informed adjustments.

• Overseeing a diverse portfolio including FISP compliance inspections, façade restoration, and parking garage rehabilitation projects, alongside new construction and modern enclosure systems.

This is a pivotal role where you will empower teams, drive excellence, and contribute to projects that protect and enhance New York's built environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (or equivalent industry experience)

• PE or RA Preferred

• Familiarity with planning, documentation, local laws, codes, and filing requirements.

• Ability to sketch field conditions and proficiency with Microsoft tools and CAD.

• NYC Scaffold Certifications and OSHA certifications are a plus.

• Clean driver's license and insurance if using a personal vehicle for work.
