What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and qualify top talent across a variety of industries and leadership levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, qualifications, and culture fit.
- Partner closely with leadership to understand client hiring needs and search strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS/CRM.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through placement.
- Build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
What We're Looking For
- Recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, hospitality, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.

- Strong work ethic with a positive, resilient attitude.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, or recruiting platforms is a plus.
