Family owned and operated, this growing independent insurance agency in Las Vegas is looking for a Bi-Lingual Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager to join this team. It has a great, supportive office environment. The preferred agency focuses on advising proper coverage and giving excellent service. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
We are looking for a career-minded individual who is a "detail person" with a strong work ethic and overall sense of responsibility.

Qualifications:

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
