Las Vegas Search Partners is partnering with a local gaming and hospitality organization in Mesquite, NV to identify a Database Marketing Manager who can turn marketing data into meaningful insight and measurable results.


This role sits at the center of Casino, Hotel, and Marketing operations, helping leadership understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next.


About the Role

The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for analyzing and improving the effectiveness of direct mail, email, and mass marketing campaigns. You will own reporting, segmentation, and performance analysis while ensuring the integrity of the customer database that supports all marketing efforts.


This is an on-site or hybrid role (up to 3 days remote) for someone who enjoys being close to the business and influencing real-time decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, target, and oversee all direct and mass marketing campaigns
  • Analyze marketing performance across casino and hotel initiatives and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators
  • Partner with Casino, Hotel, and Marketing teams to support data-driven decision making
  • Maintain the accuracy, structure, and usability of the customer database
  • Support customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement and ROI
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 years of experience in database marketing, marketing analytics, or a related role
  • Experience in gaming or hospitality strongly preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to use data to optimize marketing performance and customer engagement


Tools & Technical Experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • SQL or similar database query tools
  • Dashboard and reporting development
  • Marketing and customer database analysis

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
