- Implement strategies to improve occupancy, resident retention, and satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day operations while focusing on occupancy, rent collections, and budget management.
- Assist residents in understanding rental obligations and offer support for financial management if needed.
- Monitor and manage the property's budgets, ensuring all expenses are within approved limits.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.
- Manage an Assistant Property Manager, 2 Maintenance Technicians, contractors, and vendors to obtain competitive bids and select reliable service providers.
- Maintain consistent and detailed records of maintenance activities, expenses, and warranties.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify needs and address them promptly.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of required reports, documentation, and certifications.
- Along with the Leasing Specialist, oversee the lease application process, including screening prospective tenants, conducting background checks, and verifying income eligibility.
- Organize events, fostering a sense of community, and addressing resident needs.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
