Lead Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to help keep our property safe, functional, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality work. Salary Range: $25.00 to $29.00 hourly plus bonus opportunity.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assists with Assigning and overseeing the work of maintenance team.
• Assists with the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new maintenance team members.
• Ensures proper chemical balance in pools and assists in logging daily state required testing maintaining proper documentation.
• Assists with maintaining inventory of the maintenance shop.
• Collaborates with Property Manager to schedule vendors.
• Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility’s equipment and structures.
• Works with Property Manager to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
• Assesses work orders and turns to plan work assignments.
• Collaborates with team members to discuss upcoming work assignments; delegates assignments based on team members’ skills and experience.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
• Assists team members with advanced problems with given assignments.
• Inspects work performed by team members.
• Tracks and logs materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.
• Performs snow removal including outside of regular business hours as needed.
• Works with Property Manager to coordinate safety meetings.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude by providing exceptional customer service.
• Shares availability for emergency on-call.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
