Under the direction of the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance II technician ensures the upkeep of the property grounds, completes apartment turns and work orders as assigned.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility’s equipment and structures.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments to market ready condition as needed.
- Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems continue operating properly.
- Responds to resident requests and work orders in a timely fashion and provides detailed notes.
- Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility.
- Performs snow removal including outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude by providing exceptional customer service.
- Shares availability for emergency on-call.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
