Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services.
• Follow Luxury Cleaning's cleaning standards and client-specific instructions.
• Clean homes, offices, medical facilities, retail locations, apartment common areas, move-in/move-out properties, and other assigned locations.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with clients and our office.
• Arrive on time for every scheduled cleaning.
• Submit before-and-after photos when required.
• Respect client property and maintain confidentiality.
• Represent Luxury Cleaning professionally at every job.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
• Experience cleaning residential homes, commercial properties, or both
• Currently active in the cleaning industry
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with internet access
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
• Must provide your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies
• Must provide two professional references

Preferred Experience

Experience cleaning any of the following is a plus:

• Residential Homes
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleanings
• Office Buildings
• Medical Offices
• Dental Offices
• Retail Stores
• Daycares
• Apartment Common Areas
• Vacation Rentals / Airbnb
• Post-Construction Cleaning

This Position Is NOT a Good Fit If You

• Frequently cancel scheduled jobs.
• Cannot reliably travel to job sites.
• Do not personally perform the cleaning work.
• Are looking for short-term work only.
• Do not take pride in delivering high-quality results.

Independent Contractor Notice

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, business expenses, and cleaning equipment.
