Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and commercial properties to Luxury Cleaning standards
- Perform recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleanings
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
- Submit before-and-after photos when required
- Report maintenance concerns or damages immediately
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Two professional references required
