Position Overview
As a LUX Lady, you will serve food and drinks, engage with guests, and elevate the atmosphere while maintaining our signature all-black, form-fitting uniform look. This role requires personality, presence, and professionalism — we want the best of the best.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with guests with confidence, charm, and professionalism
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the LUX all-black uniform and appearance standards at all times
- Promote specials, events, memberships, and VIP experiences
- Follow strict ID checking and mandatory ID scanning procedures
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Work major sports events, busy nights, and themed nights
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an elevated, high-end experience
What We’re Looking For
- Women 21
- Outgoing, confident, high-energy personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment
- Able to maintain grooming, hair, makeup, and uniform standards
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Prior serving or bartending experience is a plus — but not required
