Position Summary
LUX Sports Bar & Grill is seeking confident, polished, and high-energy women to join our team as LUX Lady Bartenders. This role blends elevated bartending skills with strong guest engagement, brand representation, and nightlife professionalism. LUX Lady Bartenders are key contributors to the atmosphere, guest experience, and overall success of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional guest service with confidence, professionalism, and personality
- Engage guests in a friendly, welcoming manner while maintaining brand standards
- Promote cocktails, specials, events, memberships, and VIP experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Follow all alcohol service laws, ID verification requirements, and internal policies
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately
- Work high-volume shifts including nights, weekends, and special events
- Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth operations
Appearance & Brand Standards
- Must maintain the LUX Lady presentation standard at all times
- All-black, form-fitting attire required during shifts
- Hair, makeup, and grooming must be polished and professional
- Confidence, presence, and a strong sense of personal presentation are essential
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous bartending experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies as needed
