Job Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Assist with catering events as needed, providing beverage service to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and sales techniques to enhance guest experiences.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of catering services is a plus but not required.
