Salesperson - Luv Toyota of Lakewood

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to join our team and help deliver an outstanding vehicle buying experience. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through every step of the sales process with professionalism, product knowledge, and integrity.

• Welcome customers and create a positive, consultative showroom experience
• Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and features
• Present product information, pricing, financing options, and available services clearly and accurately
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
• Work closely with finance, service, and management teams to support a smooth transaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service mindset with a professional and friendly approach
• Ability to build rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and identify customer needs
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning product details, sales processes, and dealership systems
• Basic computer and organizational skills
• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
