The Opportunity
As Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling the company’s service delivery model from the ground up. In the early stages, this role is highly hands‑on. Over time, you’ll transition into leading a growing operations team and vendor network. This role offers a rare blend of startup, operational design, and long‑term leadership runway.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Launch Operations
- Design and implement the end‑to‑end service model
- Personally manage early customer requests to establish service standards
- Deliver a consistently high‑touch, premium customer experience
Develop a Scalable Vendor Network
- Source, vet, and onboard trusted home service providers
- Establish pricing models, service standards, and performance expectations

Own the Customer Experience
