Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Design and implement sustainable technical architecture for key components of the Connected Workflow including Lutron Connect Web Platform, Lutron IoT Cloud Services, and 3rd Party Integration Solutions.
- Align technical vision to deliver on business objectives, and present to technical stakeholders through the VP level
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption of modern architectures, including cloud-native, AI-driven, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, governance models, and best practices for GTM tool development and integration.
- Partner with business leaders to translate complex requirements into scalable and sustainable architecture.
- Lead a team of technical solution architects.
- Mentor the broader department and Community of Practice with technical best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned
- 7 years of experience in software tools development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Experience with GTM Tools (Commerce Solutions, Salesforce, Logik, New Relic, PowerBI).
- Demonstrated understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Proven communication skills across peers and technical stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable business impact.
- Experience with LLM technologies (Agentforce, ChatGPT, Claude, Cody)
