Overview

Lutron is seeking an innovative and dynamic Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our Serena Inside Sales and Services team. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional support to homeowners and professional dealers, guiding them through product education, selection, quoting, and order coordination.

This is a great opportunity to grow your career while deepening your knowledge of smart home technology. You'll work alongside a customer-focused team, helping drive the success of our Serena and Caséta shade solutions through outstanding service and meaningful customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat as the one-stop solution for all their needs from product selection to specification and design help to problem resolution
  • Work through the organization as the voice of the customer to prevent and solve issues in a timely manner
  • Utilize your creative and “outside of the box” thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business
  • Build a strong knowledge of our Serena shades and Caséta product offering

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required; if less than 5 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer facing role required
  • Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
  • Must have availability to work rotating schedules between the hours of 8am-8pm EST M-F and 9am-6pm Saturdays
