Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat as the one-stop solution for all their needs from product selection to specification and design help to problem resolution
- Work through the organization as the voice of the customer to prevent and solve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize your creative and “outside of the box” thinking skills to propose solutions to the challenges of our business
- Build a strong knowledge of our Serena shades and Caséta product offering
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required; if less than 5 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer facing role required
- Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
- Must have availability to work rotating schedules between the hours of 8am-8pm EST M-F and 9am-6pm Saturdays
