In this role, you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting a wide range of HR initiatives including recruiting, employee development, cross‑functional project support, and payroll administration. You will partner closely with senior leaders to support organizational goals, strengthen teams, and help deliver a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for direct labor and experienced talent to meet current and future workforce needs, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Conduct New Hire Orientation, providing overviews of company policies, benefits, and the employee handbook
- Partner with employees across the organization to foster a positive, consistent, and professional employee experience
- Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners on employee development initiatives and onboarding programs.
- Administer the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages and deductions, time collection, payroll processing, payroll record updates, and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Support performance management and salary review processes
- Maintain HRIS data, employee records, and required documentation,
- Actively participate as an active member of the Safety Team
- Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms
- Assist with training coordination and scheduling
- Manage administrative assignments including employee badge issuance and parking allocation
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned OR 10 years of professional experience post academics
- Human Resources experience preferred; internships and professional experience considered
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
