- Provide clinical supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff and interns.
- Maintain caseload of individual/group therapy clients.
- Monitor and supervise client cases and assist in getting client to next level of care when appropriate.
- Maintain communication with emergency department staff of Swedish Hospital to ensure program operations continue to run seamlessly.
- Support Clinical Director in monitoring failed activities and failed claims weekly and communicate findings with Clinical Director.
- Comply with overall productivity standards and assist supervised staff in achieving individual goals of productivity by providing and/or creating resources with assistance of the Clinical Director.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation in Carelogic for supervisees and own caseload.
- Monitor patient flow and acuity for weekend operations. Assist in getting client to a higher level of care as needed.
- Supervise weekend operations as a result of the expansion.
- Provide on-site supervisor and management of weekend operations of the Welcoming Center.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
- Masters in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in behavioral health working in areas such as: counseling, crisis intervention and/or case management required.
- Background check clearance required.
- LSW/LCSW or LPS/LCPC preferred.
- Experience interacting with various levels of professionals and clients required.
- Demonstrated clinical skills including empathy, compassion with the ability to build rapport required.
- Familiarity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, V Edition required.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities in the face of complexity and ambiguity required.
- Experience completing financial assessments and contributing to achieving financial goals preferred.
- Managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation preferred.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage preferred.
Salary : $58,000 - $65,000
