Be a Nursing Leader:
Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations and care planning.
Provide professional and clinical supervision for LPNs and CNAs.
Support nursing staff through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Serve as acting Director of Nursing in their absence.
Champion Quality & Compliance:
Lead quality assurance and improvement efforts across the care team.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Participate in audits, surveys, and ongoing readiness initiatives.
Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and resident-focused care.
Inspire & Engage Your Team:
Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs.
Provide open, honest communication and feedback that helps team members grow.
Encourage professional development, training, and continuous learning.
✔ Experience & Credentials:
Current RN or LPN license in good standing (required)
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing; Master’s degree a plus
2 years in long-term care and supervisory experience strongly preferred
✔ Skills & Strengths:
Strong leadership, decision-making, and mentoring abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (Point Click Care experience preferred)
✔ Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with resident care as needed
Comfortable with a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, on-call)
Able to walk, stand, bend, and lift frequently throughout your shift

Salary:
LPN: $67,000-$90,000/year
RN: $82,000-$102,000/year
