What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Staff - Assistant Floater position at Lutheran Child Care Center?
Floaters should have the ability to be strong in all age groups classes. Part-time or full-time. The assistants need to have at least a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age. Position involves providing a safe, loving, Christian learning environment for infants and toddlers and preschoolers.
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist in daily activities, including meal preparation, playtime, and educational tasks.
- Implement behavior management techniques and support childhood development.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for children to play and learn.
25-40 Hours per week. Off On weekends and Holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
