Landscape Forman (Houston, Tx) $45K annual salary
Travel one week every 3 weeks. (Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, Kyle and Dallas-Fort Worth locations.)
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Foreman to oversee the upkeep and appearance of landscaping across our restaurant locations. This role combines hands-on work with leadership responsibilities to ensure each property reflects our company’s standards for cleanliness and curb appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and plant care
- Inspect and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring efficient operation and timely repairs
- Plan and coordinate seasonal planting, mulching, and cleanup projects
- Manage and evaluate landscape vendors for quality and reliability
- Maintain landscape tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition
- Ensure all exterior areas remain clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests and staff
- Communicate proactively with facilities and restaurant management regarding ongoing needs and priorities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and general horticulture practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple restaurant sites
- Pick-up truck style preferred
