Facilities Coordinator
Location: Austin Market
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support our restaurant locations throughout the Austin market.
This position combines hands-on maintenance with facilities coordination. The ideal candidate will be comfortable completing repairs, communicating with restaurant management, coordinating outside vendors, managing work orders and projects, and providing support and training to restaurant maintenance personnel.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Maintain a consistent two-week rolling maintenance schedule throughout the Austin market
- Communicate daily with restaurant management regarding facility requests, repairs, and maintenance needs
- Perform in-house repairs, including drywall, painting, tile and grout, minor plumbing, lighting, and minor electrical repairs
- Maintain, update, and follow up on items within the internal work-order system
- Coordinate and communicate with facilities vendors and service providers
- Manage and assist with special projects throughout the Austin market
- Work alongside restaurant maintenance personnel and provide training and support as needed
- Assist with repairs and maintenance for the Food Truck Division as needed
- Identify facility issues and determine whether repairs can be completed in-house or require an outside vendor
- Follow up on open repairs and projects to ensure work is completed properly and in a timely manner
- Help maintain restaurant facilities to company standards for appearance, functionality, and safety
Anticipated Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- One-hour unpaid lunch break each day
- Approximately 45 working hours per week
- Schedule may occasionally vary based on project needs, emergency repairs, or restaurant operating requirements
- Travel throughout the Austin market will be required

Qualifications / Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, commercial maintenance, facilities coordination, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation; pickup truck preferred
- Ability to safely tow light-duty utility trailers
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair requests and projects at the same time
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to work effectively with restaurant management, maintenance personnel, vendors, and other team members
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of assigned projects
- Ability to travel throughout the Austin market as needed
