Summary/Objective
The Landscape Laborer is responsible for maintaining properties using tools or equipment under the supervision of the Crew Leader.
Essential Functions
• Sod laying, seeding, and mulching
• Planting and watering
• Mowing
• Trimming and weeding
• Raking and blowing leaves
• Spraying and fertilizing
• Digging, hauling and spreading topsoil
• Installation of sprinklers & mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units
• Trash Removal
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates primarily on job sites. This role routinely uses equipment consistent with landscape projects and may require operation of motorized vehicles.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours vary and may include some weekend work, based on weather, season and workload.
Travel
Required Education and Experience
1. One year minimum prior landscape laborer experience
2. High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Eligibility Qualification
Drug testing and background check required
