We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our client’s growing Little Rock team. This role focuses on helping building owners maintain elevator systems - improving safety, performance, and long-term value across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, guiding them through service and repair contracts
• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and bid presentations to contract execution and follow-up
• Identify, develop, and convert opportunities using consultative sales strategies
• Collaborate with operations and project teams, conduct site visits, and ensure smooth handoffs through installation
• Support projects through completion, including submittals, change orders, and customer communication
• Stay current on elevator codes, product updates, pricing, and supplier offerings

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of B2B sales experience, or 3 years of elevator industry sales experience
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Confidence presenting to clients and leading meetings
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Preferred: Salesforce experience and ability to read blueprints or architectural drawings

Compensation & Location

• Base salary: $70,000–$80,000, plus incentive/commission
• Little Rock, AR
• Local travel to client sites and projects required
