General Manager - Oklahoma City, OK
Lunova Group is partnering with a leading organization in the elevator industry to identify a high-impact General Manager to lead its Oklahoma City branch. This role offers full operational and financial ownership of a key market, with responsibility for driving profitable growth, leading cross-functional teams, and strengthening customer relationships.
The General Manager will serve as the senior leader of the branch—setting the tone for a safety-first culture, operational excellence, and accountability—while delivering on revenue, margin, and service performance goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide full P&L leadership for the branch, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business lines
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of department managers and supervisors across operations and sales
- Champion and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory standards
- Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent execution, high-quality service delivery, and achievement of financial targets (EBIT, gross margin)
- Drive customer retention by actively engaging with key and at-risk accounts and strengthening long-term client relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, consultants, and key industry stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with regional leadership, HR, finance, and safety teams to align business objectives and people strategies
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including elevator codes and labor laws
- Maintain oversight and approval authority for contracts, pricing, purchasing, and operational decisions
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience leading a business unit or branch with full P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and improving profitability
- Strong leadership track record in developing teams and building a culture of accountability
- Ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and execute strategic improvements
- Experience in the elevator industry or a related technical service industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
