Operations Manager (Elevator) – St. Louis, MO

Our client, a global leader in vertical transportation, is seeking a Service Operations Manager to join their St. Louis team.
In this role, you will lead all service and repair operations for the branch, driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and safety standards across the business.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop the Service Team
- Manage and support service and repair operations employees
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management
- Communicate company policies, objectives, and safety expectations clearly and consistently
Drive Operational Performance & Profitability
- Review accounting reports, route performance, and callback data
- Identify operational improvements and implement strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency
Champion Safety
- Administer and enforce company safety programs
- Conduct weekly safety audits and maintain high safety standards across all job sites
Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with sales teams by providing technical expertise on repair scopes and material requirements
- Work closely with branch leadership to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
Ensure Quality & Customer Satisfaction
- Monitor service quality and customer callbacks
- Take proactive steps to maintain cancellations below 3%
- Conduct regular job site visits to ensure repair quality and efficiency
Stay Current & Solve Problems
- Maintain knowledge of elevator codes, products, and industry developments
- Participate in ongoing industry and technical training
- Support branch operations with additional responsibilities as needed
What You Bring
Required: Elevator Industry Experience

Salary : $160,000 - $185,000
