Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Process Helper to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $19.00-$21.00/hr.
We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of Sunday-Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm, Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Off Tuesdays and Saturdays.

- Assisting team members with assembling and preparing deli items including salads, sandwiches, wraps, and ready-to-heat meals
- Supporting assembly line workflow
- Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
- Creating a safe work environment
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed
- Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions
- Dependable – comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner
- Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkers
- Maunfacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
- Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practices
