Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer related projects and project teams. Precision Process and control is an engineering firm that specializes within the Food and Beverage industry. We provide consulting services, process development, project management, and sanitary/ controls & automation installations. This position will hold direct responsibilities with the end customer providing project management and process engineering expertise. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
Responsibilities
- Support project management related activities
- Manage timelines, budgets, direct customer and vender relationships
- Support process development and process related projects by developing process flow and related documents with the help of PP&C technical expertise
- Development of P&ID documents
- Support project commissioning efforts
- Carry out customer visits in relation to technical issues and ongoing support
- Carry out customer facility audits and make suggestions for process and equipment related improvements
Experience
- Background or previous work experience within the Food and Beverage Industry, ideally Dairy industry
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years' of experience as a Project Manager, Process Engineer, or other technical field within the Food and Beverage Industry
- Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites across the US and abroad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
