Responsibilities

- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure during peak hours.
- Support catering operations as required, ensuring all meals meet dietary department specifications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a line cook or prep cook role within the food industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
