This role is essential to maintaining operational flow, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction. The Dispatcher reports directly to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch service technicians to residential and commercial jobs based on location, skill set, and job priority
- Communicate directly with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Track and manage technician schedules, adjusting in real time as needed
- Use ServiceTitan software, which is utilized company-wide, to manage work orders and technician activity
- Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain excellent service delivery
- Handle high call volumes and fast-paced workflow with professionalism and accuracy
Qualifications:
- 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in the electrical, HVAC, or construction industry
- Strong communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with dispatching software is required; familiarity with ServiceTitan is recommended
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
