We are seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Infor VISUAL (version 9 required; currently on 9.0.8) to provide production support in a heavily customized environment. This role will support day‑to‑day operations, triage and resolve tickets, manage access requests, and help analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple VISUAL modules.

- Provide production support across VISUAL Financials, Manufacturing/MRP, Costing, Projects, and Work Orders
- Troubleshoot issues in a highly customized environment, including reverse‑engineering existing solutions
- Support, triage, and resolve tickets and access requests with minimal oversight
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and strong customer service
- Assist with enhancements, integrations, and workflow improvements as needed
- Extensive hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9, including core functional modules
- Strong technical capabilities in Visual Macros, Custom VB.NET solutions, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SQL Server administration
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Project Management experience or certification
- ITIL certification
