What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates across high-growth industries including Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, Construction, and Energy
- Own your market — identifying hiring needs, pitching solutions, and matching top talent to key opportunities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and placement
- Prospect and develop new business partnerships while strengthening existing ones
- Collaborate with teammates to share insights, celebrate wins, and grow together

- $40,000 base uncapped commission (OTE $75K-$95K Y1; 6 figures for top performers).
