Recruitment Consultant

Your new role:

• Develop new business relationships via cold calls, client meetings, and in person networking with the Construction or Real Estate Industry.
• Build a network of active and passive professionals through cold headhunt calls.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients through ongoing face to face meetings.
• Take responsibility for own development.
• Actively showcase and live HAYS values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-5 years' experience in a business-to-business sales related role.
• Confident making outbound cold calls.
• Confident meeting and engaging people from entry level to executive, face to face, within the construction or real estate industries.
• Achievement focused, resilient, authentic & trustworthy.

What you will get:

• We offer base compensation of $55,000 plus a draw of $15,304
• High percentage, uncapped commission plan.
• Hybrid schedule - in office 3 days per week (7.30am-4.30pm PT). Office is in Burbank (91505)
• PTO starting at 22 days, 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days.
