A growing rare earths technology company is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer and Scientist to drive lab-to-pilot process development for innovative metal recovery technologies.


You’ll work hands-on to develop and refine chemical processing methods, helping convert laboratory findings into scalable pilot operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years hydromet / mineral processing / metal recovery experience
  • Pilot-scale commissioning and operation experience required
  • Leaching and downstream recovery knowledge preferred
  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • On-site availability in South Florida
