PME Mission: The Process Mining Developer/Engineer will be an integral member of our Technical Services teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and develop of data model and create data pipelines to extract and transform process data from various ERP and custom applications using SQL, Python or ETL tools such as SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica, Talend
- Perform validation checks on data and identify data quality issues and work with client stake holders to bring it to closure and work with process data, define KPIs and create dashboards using Process Mining tools
- Exhibit strong knowledge of the business processes and have the ability and desire to quickly learn new products via training, enablement, certifications and so forth
- Interview clients to understand the business process and various IT systems/backends; Perform reverse engineering to understand various touch points and IT systems
- Document high level process flows and solution architecture for various approvals
- Present deliverables to relevant stakeholders and learn and compare various process mining tools and features
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process improvement or technology consulting, professional services
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, any of the Engineering disciplines or a related field from an accredited college/university
- Strong hand-on experience in Relational databases, SQL, ETL and Python and superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of one or more process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining/Process Gold, PAFnow, ARIS
- Knowledge on ERP systems and core processes (P2P, O2C, AP, AR) and experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is a strong plus
- Knowledge of BPMN modelling and experience in process modelling tools like ARIS and experience in any of data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik
- Business travel as needed
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
