What You’ll Be Doing

• Building a Network: Identifying, headhunting, and building deep talent pools of top-tier professionals for global innovators.
• Talent Attraction & Sourcing: Crafting creative outreach strategies to engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking.
• Managing the Candidate Journey: Guiding talent seamlessly through the interview process, prep sessions, feedback loops, and offer delivery.
• Market Mapping & Intelligence: Becoming an expert in your niche, mapping out talent landscapes to understand where the best passive candidates are.
