A rapidly growing advanced energy technology company is seeking a Program Director to lead the development and commercialization of a first-of-a-kind power generation platform. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a high-visibility program spanning product development, manufacturing readiness, supplier management, testing, and market deployment.
What You'll Do:
- Own program execution, including schedule, budget, milestones, and risk management.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams.
- Lead product development activities from prototype and demonstration through production readiness.
- Manage strategic suppliers and external partners to ensure successful delivery of key technologies and systems.
- Coordinate testing, qualification, certification, and commercialization activities.
- Establish scalable program management processes, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10 years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary hardware development programs.
- Proven track record delivering products from concept through production.
- Experience managing external suppliers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working within advanced energy, power generation, aerospace, defense, industrial equipment, or advanced manufacturing industries.
