As the team continues to grow, they are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to support their Albuquerque, New Mexico office.
As a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the life cycle of workers’ compensation claims. Responsibilities include preparing and filing legal documents, maintaining case files, managing deadlines and calendars, coordinating medical records and treatment documentation, communicating with clients, carriers, and medical providers, assisting with discovery and hearing preparation, and ensuring matters progress efficiently from intake through resolution.
This position offers significant client interaction and the opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced, client-focused legal team.
The ideal candidate will have prior Plaintiff workers’ compensation, personal injury, or civil litigation paralegal experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment are essential. Experience handling medical records, legal document preparation, case management systems, client communication, and litigation support is highly preferred.
