Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, integrating, and supporting SailPoint IIQ v8.x in large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, customize, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) v8.x.
- Develop and customize LCM provisioning workflows, governance policies, tasks, and reports.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with Active Directory, JDBC, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Web Services, and Flat File connectors.
- Perform system upgrades, testing, deployment, and ongoing operational support.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and optimize Identity Governance processes.
- Review security logs, resolve technical issues, and ensure secure access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IAM solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of IT Security experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) v8.x.
- Experience with IIQ customization, workflows, connectors, and upgrades.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and IAM best practices.
- Experience integrating with Active Directory, ServiceNow, JDBC, PeopleSoft, and Web Services.
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
