Lumark has an exciting job opportunity for a Project Control / Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in support of the U.S. Military onsite in Knoxville, TN – this is an IMMEDIATE OPENING on an ACTIVE CONTRACT.
Duties
- Supports the Program / Project Manager with the preparation of project management plans (Charter, Governance, Communications, Rick Management, etc.) and reports.
- Coordinates schedules with stakeholders to facilitate completion of integrated project plans/schedules, contract deliverables, task order/in progress reviews, briefings/ presentations, and Contractor Progress Report (CPR) preparation.
- Performs analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures.
- In collaboration with the Quality Assurance Analyst, monitors and inputs program/project metrics and risks into the corporate portal.
- Responsible for supporting Dept Of Government Efficiency (DOGE) oversight by providing pre-packaged cost-benefit analyses, alternatives analysis, and efficiency metrics to enable expedited DOGE/DoD review.
- Manages and monitors a project tracking tool (i.e. JIRA, SharePoint, etc.) to document deliverables including target dates established by the customer.
- Manages and Monitors compliance with contract, cost, and schedules.
- Monitors and reports DOGE oversight compliance IAW Executive Order 14222 and May 27, 2025, DoD Contract Guidance Memorandum.
- Reviews project deliverables (agendas, minutes, reports, task orders, products, guidelines, policies, procedures, etc.) to ensure quality and compliance with the contractual terms.
- Works with stakeholders to assist with timely completion of project/contract deliverables.
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports as applicable in consultation with team leaders.
- Performs other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Currently hold or have recently held at minimum a DoD SECRET Clearance. An active Top Secret clearance is preferred.
- Must currently reside in or near Knoxville, TN and be able to commute to the work location.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of three years’ working experience in project control and/or management.
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Project to create, update, and maintain an Integrated Project Schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – able to communicate at all levels with well-developed networking and influencing skills.

Physical Requirements
