As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life every day by delivering a luxury-level experience:
Engaging Prospective Residents
• Delivering personalized, high-touch tours that reflect the luxury brand of the community
• Presenting apartment homes and amenities with confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm
• Screening applicants using qualification standards
• Achieving a 33% conversion rate from prospect to resident
Delivering Upscale Customer Service
• Providing an elevated, concierge-style customer experience at every interaction
• Maintaining a polished, professional appearance aligned with a luxury brand standard
• Ensuring the leasing office and community consistently reflect a high-end environment
• Creating an exceptional and lasting first impression for every prospect and resident
Supporting a Collaborative Team
• Bringing fresh ideas that enhance the resident experience and community reputation
• Participating in resident events that reflect a luxury lifestyle
• Contributing to a culture of excellence and pride within the community
Driving Leasing & Marketing Efforts
• Executing strategic outreach and marketing initiatives to attract qualified prospects
• Supporting branding efforts that align with the luxury positioning of the community
Qualifications:
Who You Are
You are polished, professional, and passionate about delivering an upscale living experience.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have a minimum of 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience (required)
• Understand the importance of luxury branding, presentation, and attention to detail
• Are an excellent communicator — bilingual is a plus!
• Bring confidence, professionalism, and strong follow-through
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
