What You'll Do
As an Apartment Renovation Technician, you'll be responsible for completing apartment renovations, rehabs, and make-ready projects at various LUMA Residential communities throughout the Dallas area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing apartment renovations and make-ready work to company standards
- Completing basic repairs involving drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, hardware installation, and general maintenance
- Assisting with interior apartment upgrades, rehabs, and capital improvement projects
- Working closely with maintenance teams, contractors, and other trades to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Utilizing company technology and mobile applications to communicate, receive assignments, and document completed work
- Traveling between assigned LUMA communities located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of apartment make-ready, renovation, and/or maintenance experience
- Must own a truck or reliable transportation suitable for transporting tools and materials
- Must possess personal tools necessary to perform apartment renovation and repair work
- Strong working knowledge of painting, drywall repair, carpentry, hardware installation, punch work, and general apartment repairs
- Ability to work effectively and professionally alongside maintenance teams, contractors, and other trades
- Willingness and ability to work at multiple apartment communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Ability to pass a hands-on skills assessment validating required maintenance and renovation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Technology Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime opportunities available
