What You’ll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life every day by:
Engaging Prospective Residents
• Providing an exceptional tour experience
• Screening applicants using qualification standards
• Achieving a 33% conversion rate from prospect to resident
Delivering Outstanding Customer Service
• Maintaining a cheerful, professional demeanor
• Ensuring a polished personal and office presentation
• Creating an inviting and positive first impression
Supporting a Collaborative Team
• Sharing fresh ideas and contributing to team solutions
• Participating in resident events and retention programs
• Helping build a community that residents are proud to call home
Driving Leasing & Marketing Efforts
• Executing off-site and digital marketing activities
• Assisting in strategic marketing plans to attract new residents
Qualifications:
Who You Are
You’re outgoing, attentive, and passionate about helping people find their next home.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have 1 year of experience in leasing, customer service, or sales (preferred)
• Are an excellent communicator — bilingual is a plus!
• Bring creativity, initiative, and strong follow-through
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Required:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
