For this internship your responsibilities would be:
- Gather, analyze, and integrate customer insights and competitive intelligence to strengthen Lufthansa Technik’s market position in the Americas
- Harness data and product innovation impulses to guide informed decision-making, ensuring our product and solution offerings align with evolving customer needs and industry trends
- Prioritize product development ideas and ensure implementation with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. process centers and production)
- Drive digitalization in the existing landscape or develop new value-producing opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in evaluating partnerships and supplier strategies
- All other duties as assigned or required
The ideal Strategy and Business Development intern should fulfill the following requirements:
- Current enrollment in a university undergraduate or graduate program with an emphasis on Business, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Data Analytics, or Finance
- Strong interest in strategy, product development and data analytics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including excel and PowerBI
- Strong strategic thinking
- High level of self-management
- Ability to learn quickly
- Fluent level of English language
- Spanish and/or German language desirable
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
