Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Support Customer Service Managers and Account Managers in the fulfillment of customer contracts throughout the Americas
- Support data analysis projects
- Assist with dashboard creation, KPI reports and performance metrics
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of recurring reports and reporting processes
- Prepare data visualizations and presentations
- Apply data analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights under supervision
- All other duties as assigned or required
The ideal Intern in Customer Service and Account Management must fulfill the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
- Experience with dashboards and data visualization desirable
- Exposure to automation or scripting desirable
- Experience working with datasets as part of coursework and/or projects desirable
- Familiarity with AI tools desirable
- Strong Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of Power BI/Tableau
- Basic Python knowledge
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
